Fabric explained

Fabric enables interoperability of heterogeneous distributed systems, enforcing zero-trust security across untrusted networks, and delivering data to control and decision systems under degraded, intermittent or denied connectivity. 

Designed to be embedded into existing open architectures without replacing them, and to serve as the basis for greenfield designs, Fabric components have operational history in Ukraine — telemetry acquisition and control systems running under continuous attacks across critical infrastructures, including private, national, and defence systems.

    Friendly drone identification technology

    UA DroneID is a security and identification technology for unmanned systems that must operate in contested, degraded, and adversarial network conditions. As cybersecurity partner on the programme, we shaped the standard, security, and reference implementation for integration of unmanned systems into control and coordination system.

  • UKRAINE’S MAIN GRID OPERATOR

    Enabling continuous grid operations under active conflict conditions

    We built a hardware-software cross-domain system that integrates with existing energy infrastructure without interrupting operations. Acting as a reserve data acquisition system, it enables national grid resilience against targeted cyber and physical attacks — keeping operators in control even under partial loss of operational control, including during mass attacks on energy facilities.

    Collect

    Fabric collects real-time data from sensors, uncrewed systems, tracking devices and third-party sources. It validates, normalises and transforms protocols and prepare data for processing.

    The platform manages trust in data according to data-centric security principles and facilitates secure cross-domain data exchange through Cross Domain Solution (CDS) elements embedded in its integration layer.

    Process

    Fabric delivers prepared data to decision-making systems, including command-and-control platforms and AI capabilities, transforming decisions into commands routed to personnel, equipment and digital assets.

    Command

    Fabric enables operators to command Fabric nodes and field devices, from configuration and maintenance to live operational coordination and common operational picture synchronisation.

    Network management

    Secure virtual network overlays, self-healing connectivity over untrusted networks, adaptive to link availability and topology change.

    Identity management & trust

    Static, dynamic and inferred identities are mapped to a credential hierarchy, establishing trust for every data object exchanged between people, devices, and third-party data producers or consumers.

    Data labelling, authenticity seals, and dynamic trust applied to data and source separately (Admiralty Code style). Tamper-proof distributed logging.

    Secure network exchange

    Zero trust over dynamic rules and identities, hardened by multi-layer encryption. Cross-domain security solution elements for embedded and distributed field applications. Pluggable multi-layer end-to-end encryption.

    SDK & onboard modules

    Integration modules from low-power MCU firmware through to message-broker endpoints and dedicated acquisition devices. Designed to embed at the platform level.

    Real-time & DDIL core

    In-memory processing core inspired by ICS/SCADA approaches. Zero reliance on stateful or fragile protocols. Redundancy and modularity across all critical paths.

    Data integration toolkit

    Data acquisition, fusion, normalisation and transformation capabilities create shared data models across heterogeneous data environments, connecting edge assets, central systems and third-party integrations.
