The opportunity: #
This position is open exclusively to Ukrainian residents in Ukraine (preferably Kyiv). We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with a passion for creating clean, intuitive interfaces and designing thoughtful user experiences for mission-critical products. Your work will shape how professionals interact with secure systems in industries such as mil-tech, finance, and critical infrastructure — where usability, reliability, and security are paramount.

Main responsibilities: #
- 3+ years of UX research, including interviews, hypothesis testing, usability audits, and translating data into product improvements.
- Experience creating and maintaining design systems, UI kits, and synchronised component libraries in collaboration with engineering teams.
- Deep proficiency with Figma (design and prototyping), Jira / ClickUp / GitLab for collaboration, and Productboard for feedback discovery and prioritisation.
- Strong skills in transforming requirements into user flows, wireframes, and polished UI designs.
- Understanding of development processes, agile practices, and engineering constraints.
- Analytical, engineering-like approach to complex UX challenges, focusing on scalability and real-world use cases.
- Experience working in high-impact or regulated domains (mil-tech, security, fintech).
- Ability to present and defend design decisions clearly to product teams and C-level stakeholders.
- English — B2+ level.

- Ability to simplify complex processes and present them clearly to stakeholders.
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills, including experience with C-level and external audiences.
