QA / Support Lead

The opportunity: #

This position is open exclusively to Ukrainian residents in Ukraine (preferably Kyiv).

We are looking for a QA Lead to manage our QA and Support teams and ensure high-quality product releases.

Key Responsibilities: #

  • Lead a QA team (2–5 people): assign tasks, coordinate work, mentor team members.
  • Manage 1st & 2nd line support team.
  • Define and maintain the testing strategy.
  • Test features (functional, regression, UAT) and approve releases.
  • Maintain test documentation: plans, cases, bug reports.
  • Participate in test automation.
  • Escalate critical incidents to developers.
  • Collaborate with developers, analysts, and product managers.
  • Work with client deployment teams and support.
  • Analyse QA processes and suggest improvements.
  • Update internal documentation and knowledge base.

Requirements: #

  • 3+ years in QA, in manual or mixed testing.
  • At least 6 months’ experience as a team lead.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC, test design, and CI/CD.
  • API testing (Postman, Swagger) and database knowledge.
  • Ability to read logs, debug issues, and work with APIs.
  • Experience with Jira, GitLab, GitHub.
  • IT support experience.
  • Experience with Helpdesk systems (Zendesk, Jira Service Desk, etc.).
  • English — B2 level.
