Ukraine・Kyiv・Full-time・Flexible Remote // Lead the product strategy and shape solutions with meaningful social and real-world impact.

The opportunity: #

This position is open exclusively to Ukrainian residents within Ukraine (preferably Kyiv).

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager. Your mission will be to drive the product strategy, manage requirements, coordinate with stakeholders and the development team, and enhance the user experience in a mission-critical project.

Key responsibilities: #

  • Execute the product strategy for ERP and DSS (Decision support systems) systems in line with stakeholder vision.
  • Elicitation of client requirements and development of complete project documentation.
  • Collaborate with the Head of product manager of related product areas to make key decisions.
  • Build and maintain the product backlog.
  • Work closely with development and UX/UI teams.
  • Set tasks and oversee delivery within Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Coordinate with clients and partners to gather feedback.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle — from idea to launch and support.

Requirements: #

  • 3+ years as Product Manager / Product Owner.
  • Strong skills in analytics and BI tools.
  • Understanding of ERP, DSS, and HR management systems.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience preparing technical documentation (PRD, User Stories, User Journeys, specifications).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely.
  • English B2
  • Ability to visualise logical models.
  • Flexibility for occasional overtime.

  • Are familiar with military-style collaboration practices and ready to work accordingly.
  • Are comfortable regularly updating documentation based on feedback.
